Safety/Crime: Overall Projection:

Open honest communication is key to informing safety forces of city residents. The Community Relations Department will be very aggressive in our community. The Department will be re-vamped to be more of an out-reach service rather than an in-reach service. Community relations professionals will operate under the social work medical model in effort of displaying transparency of our schools. 

Not specifically focusing on police, all city officals and school employees must be informed of day to day operations of any and all crisis and interventions in effort of keeping all safe.

The Brown Administration declares prosecution of all on site school offenders to the fullest extent of the law!

Zero Tolerance for Surrounding Areas:

The targeted expectations of the Patmon  Administration for the tone of our schools will be noted as a "zero tolerance" micro managed atmosphere for all ill elements and corrupt behaviors. (Including those behaviors exhibited by any and all employees of the district) We are readily prepared to execute a safety positioning plan that will restructure internal safety positioning plans in order to provide a safe environment to our learning community.

A zero tolerance "action order of safety" shall be immediately implemented within all schools that requires the full "positioning" attention of all staff with a special focus on security personnel. In addition an Education Steering Committee will be immediately developed/support to assist Board Members with vital decisions being made and parental engagement.
